How to create a "Taxes" report
Auctiva Commerce allows you to create a report that displays the tax codes and tax amounts per order. This tutorial will show you how to create a "Taxes" report.
What is a "Taxes" report?
The "Taxes" report is a list separated by each order that has charged taxes. Each item in the list displays the tax code and tax amount per order. The report returns data in various time increments.
How to create a "Taxes" report
Creating a "Taxes" report will display the tax code and order number associated with each tax charge in the report. You can click on the tax code names and order numbers to view specific details of each of these fields.
Step 1. Create the report.
- Go to Reports> Taxes. The "Taxes" report will load.
- Time Period: Select the time increment that will display the tax data. If no data appears, try selecting a different time period.
- Name: This column displays the tax code name. You can click on a tax code name to view the specific tax code and its associated tax rules if necessary.
- Order: This column displays the order number. You can click on the order number to view the order details if necessary.
- Tax Amount: This column displays the amount of taxes charged for the order.
This completes the task of creating a "Taxes" report.
